SB Returns Policy

Buy with confidence: At Sukur we carefully inspect, pack and sign off every order before it's fully dispatched to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you are unhappy with your item(s) in any way, we offer a completely transparent refund or exchange policy as long as your item(s) is returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and still fitted with all tags, labels & security tape. Returns that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Returned items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We unfortunately do not accept international returns.

To start a return: Please contact one of our customer support team, who are available 8:00 - 18:00 (UK) Monday - Friday at Support@jenora.co.uk and they will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that original and return shipping fees are not covered by Sukur. We request that you use a tracked and signed for return method from your own courier or local post office service. Please retain your tracking ID in the event that proof of postage is required.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once your returned item has been received by us, inspected and approved, refunds will be credited bac to the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Refunds are processed as soon as possible after they have been received by us, and you will receive confirmation immediately, however, please allow up to 5 business days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method as we have no control over your banks processing time which can vary.
